Monique Casey – Bolden, M.D.
Doreen Feldhouse, M.D., FAAFP
Dr. Doreen Feldhouse worked as a research assistant and an instructor of Biology before attending medical school. She graduated from University of Pittsburg in 1984 and is board certified in Family Medicine with added credentials in Hospice and Pallative Care. She worked in family practice in Maryland and Florida before coming to Tennessee. She was employed several years at Dyersburg Medical Group before founding Family Care in 1996. Dr. Feldhouse is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians which named her the “Family Physician of the Year” in 2011, and the American Academy of Hospice and Pallative Care. Dr. Feldhouse has one daughter and three grandchildren.
Monique Casey-Bolden, M.D.
Dr. Monique Casey-Bolden graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1999. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where she was the chief resident 2001-2002. She joined Grace Family Practice Clinic, P.C. in 2002 and became a partner and owner in 2014. Dr. Casey is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians. She is the clinical preceptor for several nurse practitioners and has full admitting privileges at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center where she served as Chief of Staff. Dr. Casey and her husband, Al, have three sons.
